Booking Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- A booking confirmation via email or phone is required for all reservations.
- We reserve the right to allocate tables based on availability and party size.
- For large groups (6+ guests), a deposit may be required to secure the booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 48 hours of the booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
- If a booking is significantly delayed (15+ minutes), we reserve the right to release the table.
Pre-Orders & Special Requests
- For groups of 10+ guests, a pre-order may be required at least 48 hours before the reservation.
- We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements; please inform us in advance.
- Decorations, balloons, and banners must be pre-approved.
Service Charge
- A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill for groups of 6 or more guests.
Cakeage & Corkage Fees
- A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill for groups of 6 or more guests.
- Small cakes (serves up to 6 guests): £20
- Large cakes (serves more than 6 guests): £40
- Waiver to be signed for any cake brought in from outside.
- Corkage Fee applies for bringing external alcoholic beverages if allowed
- Wine & Champagne: £30 per bottle
- Spirits: £45 per bottle
Event Bookings & Private Hire
- A £10 deposit is required for private events and exclusive hire.
- Final numbers and pre-orders must be confirmed 7 days before the event.
- Cancellation fees may apply if the event is cancelled within 7 days of the booking date.
Conduct & Liability
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
- Any damages caused to the venue during an event will be charged to the booking party.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- While we take allergens seriously, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Please inform us of any allergies when booking.
Payment & Billing
- We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
- A single bill will be provided per table unless otherwise requested.
